You agree not to misuse TinyNovels, including attempts to bypass security controls, scrape data at abusive rates, distribute malware, harass others, or violate applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, And Payouts

• Subscription purchases are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
• Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation behavior are disclosed at checkout.
• Author payouts are governed by TinyNovels payout logic and may be subject to additional verification and hold periods.

5. Service Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

TinyNovels is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyNovels and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
